Founded in 2010 by Leigh Dovey, PJD Guitars has steadily grown into one of the largest British guitar manufacturers. PJD have gone from strength to strength, earning themselves a reputation for some of the finest guitars available. In 2026, the brand officially lands in Australia via wholesale distributor, F. Payton & Son (Paytons), with the launch of the new Origin Series, bringing PJD’s signature style and performance to a wider audience.
Designed in the UK and crafted in Indonesia, the Origin Series draws directly from PJD’s higher-end UK-built models, capturing their design DNA, feel and tonal character at a more accessible price bracket. With premium features and striking finishes, these guitars feel rock solid and deliver exceptional value without compromising the essence of the brand.
Payton and Son (Paytons) are proud to offer Australian players the opportunity to experience PJD Guitars for the first time at the Sydney Guitar Show, where the Origin Series will be on display and ready to play.
