Venue Information

Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park

The Sydney Showgrounds has a specific exhibitor portal which will allow you to book additional parking spaces, catering delivery to your stand, and other add-ons as needed. 

This portal can be accessed here by typing in your stand name and or number.

Food and Drink Options

There are a couple of options for meals at the show:

1. Food Trucks stationed just outside the entry to the Hall 5 during show opening hours. 

2. There are cafe’s and fast-food restaurants nearby at the following map location Olympic Boulevard Cafes
 
3. We may be able to arrange a limited amount of fridge space for anyone with strict dietary requirements that needs to bring their own food. Please let Emma know if that is the case for any of your team. 
 
4. The Showgrounds can provide catering delivered to your stand, which can be arranged via the Venue Portal: Guitar Show – Exhibitor Service Centre. 

WIFI

Wifi connectivity is included in the cost of your stand, however if you anticipate requiring high bandwidth you are welcome to purchase your own via the Venue Portal: Link Above. 

Passwords for the included Wifi will be issued at the registration desk on arrival to the show. 

Stand Cleaning

Venue cleaners will be present after Bump In Completion and Close of show on saturday, however will only be cleaning common areas and walkways. Each exhibitor is responsible for ensuring their own areas are ready for patrons at the commencement of each show day, or you are able to pre-order cleaning staff to assist you with this via the Venue Portal: Guitar Show – Exhibitor Service Centre.
