There are several types of passes for SGS’26. Instructions for how to register for each type of pass will follow.
1. Exhibitor Pass – required for all staff working on site during the show and Bump In/Out
2. Exhibitor Vehicle Access Permit – required for all vehicles needing access to the Loading Dock during Bump In/Out
3. Parking Tickets – Pre-paid physical parking tickets which allow you to remove your car from the carparks without payment on the day. See Parking page for Instructions.
5. Guest / VIP Tickets – Complimentary Tickets provided to each exhibitor to pass on to their VIP’s, Guests etc for entry to the Show during Public Access Hours.
5. Artist Passes – Provided to Performers programmed to play at the show
7. Media Passes – Provided to Media representatives by prior arrangement.
Exhibitor Passes – EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM IS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE SEE SGS STAFF ON ARRIVAL TO THE SHOW.
The below form must be completed for each individual working at SGS26 on from Friday 6/3 to Sunday 8/3.
This form allows each of your staff members to register for their physical Exhibitor Pass, which is to be worn at all times when on site at SGS’26.
Their best individual email address is also requested for the purpose of Show Access and Daily Update Information only.
The information collected will only be used by Sydney Guitar Show Staff and not passed on to Sydney Showground or any third parties.
Please note: Site Inductions for the Sydney Showgrounds are only required for people who are involved in ‘Construction’ Activities during Bump In. If you or your team need to complete this, please let us know.
Distribution/Collection of Exhibitor Passes:
Exhibitor Passes must be collected by the individual upon first entry to the show, and worn at all times. Entry will not be granted to the show without your pass, without exception.
For staff attending for Bump In, passes will be available at the registration desk, accessed via Hall 6.
For staff attending on Show days only, passes will be available at the VIP ticket desk at the Public Entrance for the Show (accessed via Showground Rd).
If you lose your pass during show during show days, email emma@australianmusic.asn.au from your individually registered email address and arrangements will be made for a replacement pass.
GUEST/VIP TICKETS
Each stand has an allocated number of Guest/VIP tickets which you can distribute to VIP clients, family or friends who wish to visit the show.
An email with the number of tickets you have been allocated and how to distribute them will be sent to you before February 17th.

ARTIST PASSES
If you have an artist demonstrating on your stand, please request an Artist Pass for them by emailing Emma – emma@australianmusic.asn.au
