Deliveries, Forklifts and Pallet Jacks

Freight and Deliveries 

Delivery Drivers will be able to gain access to the loading dock between 8am and 6pm on Bump In Day, Friday 6th March by showing the Traffic Management Team their Delivery Slip, which will ideally be addressed to: 
Stand/Company Name and Number
Sydney Guitar Show 2026
Hall 5 Loading Dock, Grand Parade
Sydney Olympic Park, 2127

Forklifts and Pallet Jacks
A forklift will be available at Bump In/Out for all exhibitors who have requested it’s use during their allocated arrival time (Generally Bump In Category 1 and 2). 
Pallet Jacks are available to assist you with transporting your stock to and from your stand, however must be immediately unloaded and returned to the Registration Desk area on Bump In or the Bump Out Info Desk (which will be at a similar location). 
Pallet Jacks are preferred within all areas of Hall 5, however limited forklift access may be necessary at and only permitted at SGS staff discretion.
