Guitar Show General conditions of entry
- Patrons entering the Guitar Show must have or intend to obtain a valid event ticket, accreditation pass, invitation or registration to attend.
- All patrons are required to assess their own risk prior to entry.
- The Guitar Show is all ages however persons under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Prams, strollers or baby carriers will be permitted into the show however will be subjected to a security check on entry and exit.
- Backpacks, handbags and other items will be subjected to a security check upon entry and exit.
- Patrons are responsible for their own personal items and must not leave bags or possessions unattended at any time.
- A baggage check service is available at no charge. Checking of bags does not disclude them from a security check on exit.
- Animals are not permitted inside the Centre at any time with the exception of Assistance Animals with valid identification.
- Patrons who have been issued with a complimentary carer’s ticket may be asked to present a valid companion card on event day.
- Patrons purchasing tickets via a third party seller may be denied entry into events dependent upon validity of the ticket. The Guitar Show is under no obligation to grant access to patrons who have not purchased tickets through the official authorised seller.
- All holders of tickets or event registrations must abide by the terms and conditions of purchase as set out by the Guitar Show Producers.
- All patrons must wear appropriate attire for a public place at all times, including footwear. The Guitar Show Producers reserve the right to determine whether attire and footwear is appropriate to access the Guitar Show.
- External commercial food or beverage products are not permitted to be brought into the Centre. Visitors will be advised to dispose of such items or have them confiscated.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the Guitar Show. Persons who do not comply will be advised to leave.
- Any persons who are drug affected or carrying illegal substances will not be permitted into the Guitar Show.
- All visitors and patrons attending the Guitar Show must not solicit, attempt to sell or distribute any goods or advertising or promotional materials to other persons attending the event.
- Patrons must not enter restricted areas without appropriate accreditation or approval from the Guitar Show Producers. Violators are subject to eviction and/or prosecution under relevant trespass legislation.
- Patrons voluntarily assume all risk of all damage and loss – including property damage, personal injury (fatal and non-fatal), economic and consequential loss – whatsoever and howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Guitar Show including damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other patrons including employees, agents or licensees of the Producer or any other person or thing present at the Guitar Show.
- A patron shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, picture, account or reproduction of the event without the authorisation of the Guitar Show Producers. If the patron makes such a transmission, description, picture, account or reproduction of an event which is subsequently confiscated by the producer or their agents, it shall become the property of the producer. The Producer, their agents and licensees may utilise the patron’s image or likeness incidental to any photographic record, live or recorded video display or any other visual or audio transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event.
- The Guitar Show Producer may cancel, delay, interrupt or stop an event due to dangerous situations, adverse weather or any other causes beyond its reasonable control, and such cancellation, delay, interruption or stoppage of the event shall not entitle the patron to make any claim whatsoever against the Guitar Show Producer except for and limited to a ticket for a replacement event if scheduled or a refund of the appropriate portion of the base price of the ticket if the event is cancelled and not subsequently rescheduled.
- Any person found interfering with the emergency equipment of the Centre, throwing objects to endanger other patrons or team member, damaging seats or any other equipment or assets of the Centre will be removed and if deemed necessary, Police may be requested to press charges.
Refusal of entry
For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all patrons, the Producers and their agents reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Guitar Show, without compensation, any person(s):
- deemed to be intoxicated and/or disorderly;
- that has gained unauthorised access to the Centre;
- who displays discriminatory, threatening or harassing behaviour towards any other person (whether through the use of language, gestures or otherwise) which is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, disparage or vilify that other person;
- who enters with items which have the potential to cause injury or public nuisance;
- who purchases an event ticket from any unauthorised source, including a ticket scalper or who presents an invalid ticket;
- refuses to comply with baggage check procedures upon entry and/or exit;
Producers may prohibit any person from entering, or attempting to enter the Guitar Show with:
- Drones or other remote-controlled devices;
- Broadcasting or transmission equipment;
- Cans, bottles (including glass or metal) and containers;
- Eskies or hard cased cooler bags;
- External/commercial food and drink;
- Alcohol;
- Illegal or illicit substances;
- Liquids greater than 100ml (e.g. perfumes and aftershaves etc.);
- Large spiked wrist or neck bands, spiked or studded belts;
- Knives, weapons, scissors and chains;
- Lasers and laser pointers;
- Permanent marker or felt type pens;
- Aerosol canisters;
- Banners, posters, flags or signs larger than an A3 sheet of paper:
- The Manager has the right to review content and has the right to refuse any item of clothing displaying lewd or offensive material;
- Fireworks or flares;
- Motorbike helmets or any face coverings deemed inappropriate by the Manager;
- Large umbrellas (longer than 300mm when in the closed position);
- Bicycles, skateboards or skates;
- Animals (excluding assistance animals); and
- Any other item deemed by the Manager in its absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, illegal, unsafe or hazardous in any way.
- Patrons who have been issued with a complimentary carer’s ticket may be asked to present a valid companion card on event day.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE
Please note that filming/photography is taking place at the Guitar Show for promotional and archival purposes. The photographs and recordings made are likely to appear on websites, social media pages, and any other platforms managed by us and our current and future media partners, and may also appear in other locations, including but not limited to Print Media, YouTube or Commercial Television.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please do not enter any area of the Guitar Show.
